Your lodge is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we request you to vacate the lodge by 10 a.m.

A local tax in the amount of 1,75 Euro per person and day

This income goes to the municipality, and is invested in the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services and in the organisation of cultural and sports events. The local tax is not included in the price and is shown separately on the invoice.

No smoking in the lodge.

On request, dogs are allowed at the price of € 28- per night without food. Dog bowl and dog bed provided.

Cancellation conditions: If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in the Chalet Wiesenglück, we do our best to rent the chalet to another customer. If we are unable to find another customer, the following cancellation conditions shall apply:
30 % of the total rate will be charged for cancellations that are received between 40 days and 7 days before arrival. Cancellations between 7 days and 1 day before arrival will be charged 70% of the total price.
If the cancellation is not announced until the day of arrival, we are obliged to charge the full amount.

€ 30-/€ 40- per person extra charge for a typical South Tyrolean dish served in the lodge.
For every extra person aged more than 16 years we charge € 100-
For children up to and including 3 years of age there is no charge;

for children between 3 and 6,99 years of age we charge € 30-

for children between 7 and 15,99 years of age we charge € 75-

Deposit:
On confirmation of booking we request a deposit of 30% of the total price. If the deposit is not received on our bank account, the reservation may be cancelled without notification.
